Financial Policy and Insurance
We accept all insurance plans at Aria Dental Studio. As part of our commitment to superior patient service, our office staff will help you with your insurance paperwork if necessary. However, patients are responsible for the balance portion of their treatment costs and any treatment procedures that are not covered by their insurance company.
We gladly accept Cash, Debit Cards, Visa, and MasterCard. We also offer payment options through Credit Medical. Credit Medical specializes in providing financial assistance for those seeking extended payment plan options for dental services. If you have questions about financial arrangements, a member of our staff will be happy to assist you.
Appointments
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way! Still, time is valuable for all of our patients, doctors, technicians, and staff. Since an efficient schedule helps keep our patients happy, we require two business days’ notice for all scheduling changes. We will gladly call or email you in advance to remind you of your appointment.
